Enjoy the vistas of Gower with views of both South and North Gower. Refuel at one of Gower's best pubs, the King Arthur Hotel before your return journey.
Distance: 8 miles (4 each way)
Time: 4 hours (including time for lunch!)
1. Leave the shop, turn right and walk down the lane until you reach the junction. Cross the main road and walk up the lane, past St John the Baptist church.
2. 30 metres past the church bear left when the path splits. Follow this path, keeping left up Cefn Bryn. The views will be worth the effort!
3. You will arrive at the Cefn Bryn Summit car park. Look north and you will see Arthur’s Stone, 1000 metre across the heather land.
4. Walk back to the car and a short walk into the village of Reynoldston is worth the effort to sit by the fire at The King Arthur Hotel.
5. Follow the route back, mostly downhill, back to the site.
